Hello, I'm Ilona.

For over 20 years I worked in business roles across finance, logistics, and retail management. I studied management at the University of Bucharest and I continue to develop professionally through my current Business Management and Entrepreneurship degree at London College of Contemporary Arts.

Dogs were always my reset after work. Grooming started as a hobby, then in 2019 I chose to turn it into my profession. I wanted work where I could see the difference I made straight away, in a calmer dog, a relieved owner, and a routine that feels easier next time.

Since then I have worked in London salons, including senior grooming roles. I work with a welfare-first approach, gentle handling, steady pacing, and a focus on your dog's comfort.

I focused on oral care because I kept seeing the same pattern. Owners do so much for their dogs, yet teeth often get missed until there is discomfort. I completed dedicated training in oral and dental health in dogs, and an Emmi-pet seminar on dental health and brushing techniques. I also hold canine welfare in the groom room training and canine first aid training, plus a Diploma in Canine Hairstyle and ongoing development through Pet Pro Expo 25.
